A. 10 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@Arc-Unity.com or call us at (800) 371-7036. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Upon receipt of your order, kindly take a moment to inspect it. If you discover any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was delivered, please reach out to us immediately. We would like to assess the issue and make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will keep you informed on the status of your refund. If it is approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
